Standard Shape Type 111-__-11

The Type-11 armature on the 111 model brakes features the armature hub protruding externally from the top of the brake assembly.  This type is used when space is needed within the inside diameter of the stator, to accommodate mating components of the machine.  This model brake functions as power-on engaged, which means it halts and holds rotation when energized.
