The BXR brakes are constructed with a removeable rotor hub insert which connects the rotor disc to your input shaft. The stainless-steel splined hub features a bore and keyway for attaching to the shaft, and an external splined profile that interfaces with a corresponding profile on the composite disc. This provides a low backlash connection.
